In 2010, Chekerdjian created her own eponymous brand in order to make signature furniture pieces based on essentially handmade production with natural materials and high-quality finishing. For Karen, making furniture is not a matter of style, but a means of researching new languages and potentials for dialogue. Her uncompromising philosophy and sharp approach has positioned her brand at the cusp between architecture, fine art and design.
