Sufra is the delicious farm-to-table concept born out of Lebanon’s crisis and inspired by the wholesome meals of Beqaa farmers. The flagship outlet, nestled in the Besten el Hor leisure resort near Zahlé, serves up Lebanese delicacies and doubles as a marketing platform for the holding’s workshop-produced retail items. Sufra is set to expand into urban environments, offering city dwellers a rural escape within their own metropolis.
The valley’s bountiful produce is celebrated through Sufra’s diverse and earthy color scheme. Line-drawn icons of the ingredients used in Sufra’s dishes complete the rustic branding. This rich visual identity and house style, seen across menus, packaging, in-store displays, and communication materials, tells a story of authentic Lebanese cuisine and celebrates the land that inspired it.
