The Makings of an Award-Winning Cookbook

Beirut Cooks binds together food enthusiasts from the vibrant city of Beirut in a coffee-table cookbook in which they share their favorite recipes from the intimacy of their kitchens.

-scope Ateliers worked closely with author Pascale Habis to rework and develop a unique book design and layout that brought out each individual character, their appetizing cuisines and the charm of a happening city.

Beirut Cooks received the "Prix du Recueil de Recettes" from l'Académie Libanaise de la Gastronomie and "Gourmand World Cookbook Award 2014".
